The Material World

The physical world is known as Trahir:

It is a land stretching far to the north and to the south, mostly forested with frosty taiga, iridescent magical woods, thick hostile jungle, and temperate rain forest. Though central plains and valleys do dot the world.

The modern borders have become more generalizations of territory, embodying the vague regions split by the surviving humans rather than solid borders of kingdoms, ethnic backgrounds, or languages. With the shattered state of most societies- anything resembling a solid border is just a fanciful dream.
